Alec Sinclair founded the Practice in 1973. Peter Wood joined in partnership in 1986 and Andrew Walton in 1993. Alec Sinclair resigned in 1995.
The practice incorporated on 1 April 1999.

The practice acts for a number of Maori Trusts and organisations in the East Cape/Bay of Plenty/Waikato catchment area. Client's businesses cover farming, sports clubs, joint venture projects and advisory services.
The company has two principals and employs three managers and eight accounting and administration staff. This number includes six members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand – five Chartered Accountants and one Accounting Technician.
Senior staff members are experienced and competent to meet the needs of our clients.
The company has a policy to provide continuing education for all staff.
The offices are located close to the intersection of the main access road to the city from Auckland, Hamilton, Te Puke and Rotorua.
The building has 12 car parks set aside for use by customers and clients of tenants of the building.
